Carol Ann Lauder is a stage and film actor, who has been performing in the Austin area for 20 years. Her most recent role was in the independent film "El Abandonado," by writer/director Ken Johnson. Carol is a character actor who has played a wide range of roles from attorney to waitress to prostitute. She was nominated Best Actress in a Comedy by the Austin Circle of Theatres for her role as Faye Precious in Oliver Hailey's "Who's Happy Now." Her work also includes a commercial for a Ford Dealership in Buda, and an industrial video for Stop and Go. Carol's training includes working with Ellie Ellsworth and Dan Faucci from the New York Actors Institute, Commercial Acting with Jo Edna Boldin, Film Acting with Cliff Osmond and Mona Fultz. Carol is excited to be working with Louis Weyrich and Shades of Strange Productions. |
